Regardless of your troop affiliation or rank, all Boy Scouts are invited to participate. You are offered the choice of one all day merit badge session, or two half day sessions. Decide how you want to participate by looking at the schedule of merit badge workshops on this page. When you select your merit badges, consider the degree of difficulty and the length of time required to complete the badge. You will have the opportunity to earn up to two merit badges. See the merit badge selections and requirements (see official Boy Scout MB pamphlets or worksheets at www.meritbadge.org).
Only in 2010! In commemoration of the 100th anniversary of Boy Scouting, we are pleased to offer the Boy Scout Historic Merit Badge program at this year’s midway. These four badges (Signaling, Pathfinding, Tracking and Carpentry) are being brought back only in 2010 so this is a unique opportunity for Boy Scouts. We will be offering all four merit badges at the midway. Note that the badges must be completed by December 31, 2010.
In addition to the Historic Merit Badge program, we will be offering over 30 merit badges including most Eagle Scout required merit badges. Here is the full list of the merit badges planned.

Registration closes October 15, 2010 No Applications accepted after that date. No phone or walk-in registrations.
Midway Schedule:
- 8:00 am Sign-ins Begin
- 8:45 am Opening Ceremony and Announcements (gymnasium)
- 9:00 am Morning Merit Badge Sessions begin
- 12:00 Noon Lunch (included with registration)
- 12:45 pm Reassemble in gym for announcements
- 1:00 pm Afternoon Merit Badge Sessions begin
- 4:00 pm Reassemble in gym for closing ceremony and raffle
- 4:15 pm Dismiss, check out, pick up patch
What you need to do before the Midway:
- Select the merit badge offerings here.
- Print out the registration form. Mail completed form with your fees no later than October 15th, 2010.
- Once you have chosen your classes and the registrar has confirmed your classes:
- Call your Merit Badge Counselor(s). NO EXCEPTIONS
- Get the official Boy Scout Merit Badge Pamphlets for your chosen badges.
- Read the merit badge pamphlet and complete both the pamphlet required pre-requisites and ANY additional pre-requisites required by your Merit Badge counselor.
- Bring your Merit Badge pamphlet and any written pre-requisites to the Midway.
- Dress in Full Class A Scout uniform. It is mandatory.
- Bring signed blue cards for each one of the merit badges you are taking, a notebook and pencil/pens. NOTE: Blue cards are not available at the Midway.
- Check out before leaving the Midway and collect your Midway patch.
